I began my study of movement with the practice of traditional martial arts. My travels and encounters gave me the opportunity to be exposed to various disciplines. My research was based on the study of the many aspects of fighting.
An unbalanced practice caused ever damaging injuries. Thanks to Taï Chi first, then to Pilates and Yoga, I was able to continue to train. The understanding and respect of anatomy allowed me to develop a reasoned and respectful approach of the moving body.
As a teacher and a trainer, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of audiences. I have adapted my knowledge and experience to specific contexts : correctional facilities, rehabilitation centers, post injury rehabilitation, teacher trainings, athletes and performer coaching.
The practice of movement can help us to free the life that flows within ourselves. It can help to create a physical, emotional and intellectual balance. The integration of the different dimensions of our selves can help us live a healthy and fulfilling life.
